About this job

We need a Customer Services Agent in Italy. This job is in Fiumicino, near the airport. You will help customers with their questions and problems. The company is friendly and offers a good working environment. You will talk to people from all over the world. Good communication skills are important. You will work with a team to make sure customers are happy. This is a great chance to work abroad and earn good money. The salary is 1973 EUR per month. We provide accommodation to help you settle in.

Day to day

To qualify

What you need

✓You need 2 years of experience in customer service.
✓You should have at least an intermediate education.
✓Good English speaking and writing skills are a must.
✓You need to be friendly and patient.
✓Ability to work in a busy environment.
✓Must be ready to work flexible hours.
✓You should have a valid passport for travel.
