About this job

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our rental company in Qatar. This is a great chance to work in a busy city. You will help us grow our business and meet new customers. In this job, you will work with a team. Your main goal is to sell our rental services. You will also make sure our customers are happy. If you enjoy meeting people and selling services, this job is for you. We offer good support, a friendly work environment, and a chance to grow. You will get a monthly salary, accommodation, and transport.

Day to day

What you will do

✓Manage the sales team and guide them.
✓Create sales plans to increase business.
✓Meet customers and understand their needs.
✓Promote our rental services to new clients.
✓Track sales and report results.
✓Train new sales staff.
✓Ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems.

To qualify

What you need

✓Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
✓Need at least 2 years of sales experience.
✓Strong communication skills in English.
✓Should be friendly and outgoing.
✓Ability to work in a team.
✓Must be able to work under pressure.
✓Knowledge of the rental market is a plus.
