About this job

We are looking for a Cargo Services Customer Relation Officer in Qatar. This job is at the airport. You will help customers with their cargo needs. The company is growing and needs friendly people to join the team. You must have good experience in this field. In this job, you will talk to customers and solve their problems. You will also give information about services. The work environment is busy, but you will learn a lot. The company provides accommodation for you.

Day to day

What you will do

✓Help customers with their cargo inquiries.
✓Provide good service to all customers.
✓Solve any problems customers have.
✓Keep records of customer interactions.
✓Work with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
✓Answer phone calls and emails from customers.
✓Follow company rules and procedures.

To qualify

What you need

✓Must have at least 3 years of experience in cargo services.
✓Education should be at least Intermediate (Inter).
✓Good communication skills in English.
✓Friendly and helpful attitude.
✓Ability to work in a busy environment.
✓Must be able to work flexible hours.
✓Knowledge of airport operations is a plus.
