About this job

We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader for Qatar Airways in Qatar. This job is in the Doha Metropolitan Area. Qatar Airways is a well-known airline. They provide good service to their customers. You will help lead a team to make sure customers are happy. In this role, you will work at the airport. You will help solve problems and answer questions from passengers. You will also support your team to do their best. This is a great chance to grow your career with a top airline.

Day to day

To qualify

What you need

✓Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
✓Education level should be Intermediate (Inter).
✓Good communication skills in English.
✓Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
✓Ability to work in a team.
✓Must be able to handle stress well.
✓Ready to work in different shifts, including weekends.
